Kissimmee Electro, Inc. now offers an on-site predictive and preventive maintenance program related to electric motors, generators, pumps, turbines, transformers, switch gears and other types of electrical and mechanical rotating equipment. The program is designed and customized to fit your specific requirements.
Of course, the object of any preventive maintenance program is to minimize equipment operating problems and prevent failure before major operating difficulties occur.
A customized preventive maintenance program consists of:
- Surveying all equipment in your operation.
- Evaluating the equipments' overall conditions.
- Identifying the vital equipment in operation.
- Analysis of the equipment failure rates and / or problems.
- Review existing preventive maintenance procedures.
